Dipak Patel

Managing Member (Construction & Renovations)

Dipak joined Countrywide Hospitality in 2014. He manages construction, renovations, and maintenance. He has over 20 years of hotel experience and has overseen the renovation and construction of multiple hotels and apartment complexes.

Chet Patel

Managing Member (Operations)

Chetan Patel has 21 years of experience in Management Consulting for systems implementation. As a results driven project manager in the IT field, he has served in various roles ranging from executive/management to hands-on software design. Results were achieved through in-depth client interaction, cross functional team collaboration and development process, use of appropriate tool sets, adherence to proven methodology, best practice implementation, and rigorous project management.  Along with the diversified technical background, he has also built broad competencies in business and process analysis.  This experience has tied in directly with the current operations role within our portfolio of hotels and multi-family assets where we strive to achieve customer excellence and operational efficiencies. Customer relationship has been a core value in every interaction of his professional career and has helped solidify some of the passion in achieving business excellence.

Chetan graduated from the University of Illinois - Champaign/Urbana with a BS in Computer Engineering.

Sam Patel

Managing Member (Operations)

Sam Patel joined the Countrywide Hospitality family in 2018 as a Managing Partner in Operations. Prior to this, Sam was serving in a Vice President of Operations role where he helped create a management company that focused on all facets of the business. His commitment to creating operational proficiency has helped guide his success within the hospitality industry. He has worked with brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Choice, G6 and ExtendedStay America. With over 16 years of experience, his focus remains still remains on assets providing the best results in guest satisfaction and maximizing the bottom line.


Sam graduated from the University of Houston with a double B.A in Management and Marketing.

Sheil Patel

Managing Member (Accounting)

Sheil joined Countrywide Hospitality in 2015. He manages the Accounting for all assets under Countrywide Hospitality Portfolio. Prior to joining Countrywide Hospitality, Sheil was a financial analyst in the mortgage banking industry for 7 years.

Viral Patel

Member (Acquisitions)

An ambitious, detail-oriented MBA professional with extensive experience in real estate, financial analysis, acquisitions, and strategic planning. Self-motivated and determined, possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong industry reputation within the real estate field, and a track record of building relationships with retail brokers, major developers and landlords.

Amar Patel

Managing Member (Development / Acquisitions)

Amar Patel graduated from the University of Texas of Austin with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and
completed his MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Post undergrad, he worked for Comerica
Bank as a Financial Analyst including a tenure in their Real Estate Department. In 2005, he actively
started in the hospitality industry where he was involved in all aspects including asset management,
operations, accounting, construction, and development. Since 2014, he has contributed successfully to
acquire, dispose, finance, and develop over 15 assets in the hotel and multi-family space.
